2. Services

We provide chauffeur-driven car rental services including local travel, outstation trips, airport transfers, corporate travel and full-day cab hire across India. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made through our website, phone or WhatsApp.
• A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it.
• Payment terms (advance / full payment) will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change based on distance, duration, vehicle type and other factors.

4. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations must be informed as early as possible.
• Refund eligibility (if any) depends on the timing of cancellation and will be decided on a case-to-case basis.
• No-show without prior notice may attract full charges.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup/drop details and contact information.
• Be ready at the scheduled time. Waiting charges may apply after free waiting time.
• Do not ask the driver to violate traffic rules or engage in illegal activities.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged extra.

6. Driver & Vehicle

We assign professional drivers and well-maintained vehicles. In rare cases of vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability, we will try to arrange an alternative. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Car With Driver India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
